If I haven't gotten email from you before include keywords in the subject line so that it doesn't look like spam. I get TONS of spam and it is all sent to a junk mail box. Sometimes non-spam ends up in my junk mailbox and I never look at it. If I don't answer, just keep emailing me and perhaps try a different email account.
